Welcome to The Cool Venue, your distinguished event venue located in the heart of New Jersey. Our two premier locations in Sayreville and Edison, NJ, offer stylish and intimate all-white venues perfect for a variety of events. With exceptional customer service and modern amenities, we are your destination for memorable celebrations.
Our founder, Veronica Chukwu, envisioned venues where the community could gather to celebrate life's significant moments. Today, The Cool Venue LLC embodies this vision, providing spaces that are both stylish and functional. We cater to Central Jersey, Middlesex County, Union County, Essex County, and Somerset County, specializing in venue, decor, and event rentals.
Both venues are equipped to handle everything from weddings and corporate meetings to birthdays and baby showers, with customizable decor packages to bring your vision to life.
The Cool Venue - Sayreville
Sayreville boasts 2,100 sq ft of elegantly draped space, accommodating up to 100 guests. The venue is perfect for larger gatherings and offers flexible rental options, state-of-the-art amenities, and beautiful decor.
The Cool Venue - Edison
The Edison location provides an intimate setting for up to 50 guests. This 1,200 sq ft space is ideal for smaller, private gatherings with the same chic all-white decor and modern touches found in our Sayreville venue.Both venues come with free Wi-Fi, Bluetooth speakers, and upscale Chiavari chairs to ensure your event is not only beautiful but also convenient.

Parking
Both locations offer ample free on-site parking. The Sayreville venue provides parking for up to 100 guests, while Edison can accommodate up to 50 guests. Both parking lots are conveniently located right next to the venues, ensuring easy access for all attendees.
Host Rules
OVERTIME: Per The Cool Venue LLC policy, overtime is billed in half-hour increments. All belongings must be removed by the end time of your reservation, with overtime charges applied at a rate of 1.5 times the standard hourly rate.
CLEANING / DAMAGES: Clients are responsible for cleaning up after their event. In Sayreville, the last hour of your rental time is designated for cleanup. Damages to the venue will be charged according to the venue policy.
FURNITURE: Furniture rearrangement is possible; Please let us know in advance if you require a specific furniture arrangement.
MISCELLANEOUS: Smoking, the use of glitter/confetti, open flames, and frying that produces significant smoke are prohibited.
Cancellation Policy
The Cool Venue LLC operates with a 6-week cancellation policy. A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your booking. The date can be moved once if necessary, provided the original date cannot be met.
Health and Safety Measures
To ensure the health and safety of our guests, The Cool Venue LLC adheres to rigorous cleaning protocols, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing before each event. We also provide hand washing and sanitizing stations to promote a safe environment. We do the following prior to each booking:
Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
